PRIVATE TOUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
- A $250 deposit is required to confirm and secure your private tour. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- If you cancel 72 hours or more before departure, your deposit is refundable, less a 3% payment processing fee.
- If you cancel between 48 and 72 hours before departure, the deposit is non-refundable. However, one complimentary rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability. Any price difference for the new date or itinerary will apply.
- If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before departure, the deposit is non-refundable and rescheduling is not available.
- The remaining tour balance is due 24 hours before departure.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, or do not show up, the full tour amount, including the deposit, is non-refundable, and rescheduling is not available.
- Bookings made less than 72 hours before departure are accepted subject to availability and are immediately subject to the cancellation terms that apply based on the time remaining before departure.
- For bookings made less than 24 hours before departure, the full tour amount is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- If Elevation Charters is unable to operate the tour due to road or park closures, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely providing the service, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund with no processing fee deducted.
